Jewish National Fund Careers and Employment
Founded in 1901 at the Fifth Zionist Congress in Basel, Switzerland, the Jewish National Fund (JNF) is one of the oldest and most respected Jewish philanthropic organizations in the world. For more than 125 years, JNF has been at the forefront of building a thriving, sustainable Land of Israel for the Jewish people and all its citizens.
JNF-USA is the American arm of this global organization, connecting the American Jewish community to Israel through environmental leadership, community development, education, and advocacy. JNF's work spans forestry and green innovations, water sustainability, regional development initiatives including Go North in the Galilee and Blueprint Negev in the desert, and social programs supporting Israel's most vulnerable populations.
As a registered 501(c)(3) organization and accredited United Nations NGO, JNF-USA has planted over 260 million trees, developed 250,000 acres of land, and built more than 180 dams and reservoirs — helping transform Israel's landscape while raising the country's recycled water usage to over 90%. JNF is truly your voice in Israel.
