If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our platform.

1. Overview of Services

All Jewish Jobs is a specialized job platform connecting job seekers with employers in the Jewish community and affiliated organizations. The platform focuses on roles within Jewish organizations and values-aligned workplaces. Job characteristics such as schedule flexibility, kosher environments, or remote options vary by employer and are not guaranteed by the platform.

We provide:

  • Curated job listings from Jewish organizations and community institutions
  • Job search and filtering tools
  • Employer job posting services (paid)
  • Email newsletters featuring weekly job opportunities
  • Talent Match services connecting qualified candidates with relevant employers
  • Resume and profile submission capabilities

Important: We are a job discovery platform, not an employment agency. We do not guarantee job placements, interviews, or hiring outcomes.

Platform Role

All Jewish Jobs acts solely as a technology platform and marketplace connector between job seekers and employers. We are not an employer, recruiter, staffing agency, or agent of any employer or candidate.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform.

By using All Jewish Jobs, you represent and warrant that:

  • All information you provide is accurate and current
  • You are legally authorized to enter into binding agreements
  • You will use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws
  • You will not misuse or abuse the platform or its services

3. Job Seekers

Account and Profile

When using All Jewish Jobs, you may:

  • Browse job listings without creating an account
  • Subscribe to email newsletters and job alerts
  • Create a profile and upload your resume
  • Apply to positions through our platform
  • Opt into Talent Match services

Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information in your applications
  • Keep your contact information current
  • Not misrepresent your qualifications or experience
  • Use the platform only for legitimate job search purposes

Applications and Communications

You understand that:

  • Applications are submitted directly to employers, who are independent third parties
  • Employers make their own hiring decisions
  • We are not responsible for employer conduct, communications, or hiring practices
  • Response times and interview decisions are at the employer's sole discretion

Verification Disclaimer

We do not conduct background checks on employers or candidates and do not guarantee the accuracy of user-submitted information or job listings.

4. Talent Match Program

Participation in Talent Match occurs only after a candidate explicitly opts in.

How Talent Match Works

Talent Match is our premium service that proactively connects qualified candidates with relevant employers.

When you opt into Talent Match:

  • You authorize All Jewish Jobs to review your resume, profile, and qualifications
  • You consent to us sharing your information with employers we identify as potential matches
  • You understand that shared information may include: name, email, phone number, resume, work history, and preferences
  • You acknowledge that participation does not guarantee interviews or job offers

Your Control

You may:

  • Opt out of Talent Match at any time by emailing andrew@alljewishjobs.com
  • Request that specific information not be shared
  • Update your preferences regarding job types, locations, or organizations
  • Request account deletion by contacting support or using account settings when available

5. Employers

Job Posting Requirements

Employers using our platform agree that:

  • All job listings must be accurate, complete, and lawful
  • Listings must comply with applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws
  • Positions must be real, currently available openings
  • Job descriptions must not be misleading regarding responsibilities, compensation, or requirements

Employer Legal Responsibility

Employers are solely responsible for compliance with all employment, wage, anti-discrimination, and hiring laws applicable to their listings and hiring practices.

Prohibited Content

We prohibit job listings that:

  • Discriminate unlawfully based on protected characteristics
  • Violate employment laws or regulations
  • Contain false or misleading information
  • Promote illegal activities
  • Require illegal fees from applicants

Our Rights

All Jewish Jobs reserves the right to:

  • Review and approve all job postings before publication
  • Edit listings for clarity or compliance
  • Remove any listing at our sole discretion
  • Refuse service to any employer

Payment Terms

  • All job posting fees are as stated on our pricing page
  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe
  • Job postings are typically non-refundable once published
  • Listings remain active for the duration specified at purchase (typically 30 days)

6. Payments and Billing

Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment provider. Payment information is processed directly by Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers or full payment credentials on our servers.

By making a purchase, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate billing information
  • Authorize the stated charges
  • Comply with Stripe's terms of service
  • Accept responsibility for all charges made under your account

Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time for future purchases. Existing purchases are not affected.

Refund Policy

  • Job postings are generally non-refundable once published
  • Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion for technical issues preventing listing visibility
  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase to andrew@alljewishjobs.com

Chargebacks

Users agree to contact us to resolve billing disputes before initiating chargebacks. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account termination.

7. Email Communications

What You'll Receive

By providing your email address, you consent to receive:

  • Weekly curated job newsletters (typically sent on Sundays)
  • Job alerts matching your preferences
  • Platform updates and new feature announcements
  • Service-related communications

Unsubscribing

  • You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in each email
  • Service-related emails (account confirmations, application receipts) may still be sent
  • Talent Match participants will receive relevant employer introductions until they opt out

8. Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content on All Jewish Jobs — including but not limited to design, text, graphics, logos, software, and compilation of job listings — is owned by DNAcreatives LLC or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission
  • Use our branding or logos without authorization
  • Scrape or automatically collect job listings
  • Reverse engineer or copy our platform functionality

User Content License

By submitting resumes, profiles, applications, or job postings, you grant All Jewish Jobs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and share such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the platform and facilitating employer-candidate connections.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use All Jewish Jobs to:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Scrape, copy, or duplicate our job listings for competing services
  • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to access or extract platform data
  • Train AI models on platform content without written permission
  • Republish AJJ job listings elsewhere without authorization
  • Interfere with platform security or functionality
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Collect user information without consent

10. Third-Party Links and Services

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites, including:

  • Social media platforms
  • Partner services

We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of these third-party sites.

11. Disclaimers and Limitations

Service "As Is"

All Jewish Jobs is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee:

  • Job placements or employment outcomes
  • Accuracy of employer-submitted job listings
  • Uninterrupted or error-free platform access
  • Compatibility with all devices or browsers
  • That listings will remain available or accurate

Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without liability.

Experimental Features

Certain features (including Talent Match and AI-assisted tools) may be in beta or experimental form. These features are provided without guarantees of accuracy or availability and may change or be discontinued at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, All Jewish Jobs and DNAcreatives LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Employment outcomes or employer conduct
  • Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, revenue, or opportunities
  • Damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (if any)

User Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

  • Job searching involves inherent risks and uncertainties
  • You are responsible for evaluating employers and opportunities
  • We cannot verify all employer claims or listing accuracy
  • You should conduct your own due diligence before accepting employment

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless All Jewish Jobs, DNAcreatives LLC, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the platform
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Content you submit to the platform

13. Termination

Our Rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to All Jewish Jobs at any time, with or without notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or abusive behavior
  • Extended inactivity
  • Any reason at our sole discretion

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted on our website with a new "Effective Date."

Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users when possible.

16. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us at andrew@alljewishjobs.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Jurisdiction

Any legal action must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.

17. General Provisions

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and All Jewish Jobs.

No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

Assignment: You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights to any successor or affiliate.

Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages, infrastructure failures, natural disasters, acts of government, or third-party service disruptions.
